1. Acceptance

By downloading or using ChessLines, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Subscription

• ChessLines offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and yearly).
• A 3-day free trial is available for new yearly subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use ChessLines on devices you own or control, subject to these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

4. Content

All chess content, lesson text, and course material in ChessLines is owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

5. Disclaimer

ChessLines is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific improvements to your chess rating.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
